Current mirror is one of the basic building blocks of analog VLSI systems. For high performance analog circuit applications, the output impedance and bandwidth are the most important parameters to determine the performance of the current mirror. Input and output voltages are also required to match the modern technology needs. This paper presents an efficient implementation of a CMOS current mirror suitable for low voltage applications. It uses a regulated cascode structure achieve low input and output voltages and simultaneously having high bandwidth (3.22GHz) and high output (3M) impedance. In this paper we analysis output impedance of proposed circuit. These schemes are validated by HSPICE simulation in TSMC 0.18μm CMOS using 1V power supply.
