چکیده:

At this work using a high pressure equilibrium cell, the solubility of CO2 and H2S+CO2 in [bmim][Ac] as a ionic liquid (IL) are measured at 303.15-343.15 K, at total pressure range of 1-40 bar for CO2 and 1-22 bar for CO2/H2S. To recovery, the IL was heated up to 373.15 K in vacuumpressure for 24h to remove the solubilized CO2 from the IL and consequently, the solubility measurements were carried out at 303.15 K so that the data was reproduced and little deviation was observed between the two measurements. The solubility data was presented as the partial pressure of the gas versus its loading in the IL. The present solubility data of CO2 was compared with the previous work so that the same trend was observed. For solubility of the gas mixture of CO2/H2S in the IL, it was found that IL is more selective to H2S that means H2S is more absorbed in IL than CO2
