چکیده:

This study presents a model to evaluate the effective factors in electronic banking. First, the literature of electronic banking system and its status in Iran is regarded. Then a questionnaire was designed based on literature review and interviewing with experts verifying its validity through factor analysis and KMO test with 0.89. Five hypotheses were raised and Spearman correlation supported all five hypotheses. Then, using regression, the linear equation and amount of independent variables on dependent variables was measured one-tailed. The Beta coefficient showed that one unit of change (improvement) in internet bank caused 0.61 unit of change in bank fee rate. It was shown that internet bank had the highest relationship with bank fee rate. Suggestions are presented.
