Ba Zrx Ti1-xO3 (x= 0.1-0.8) was prepared via Solid State Reaction (high energy milling) by using BaCO3, TiO2 and ZrO2 as starting materials. Dense nanocrystalline ceramics can be obtained and using low-temperature sintering processes. The particle size of BZT was about 20nm calculated by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and confirmed by Transition Electron Microscopy (TEM). Using these nanocrystalline powders, BZT pellets were prepared and sintered in various temperatures. Microscopic observation by Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) revealed dense, single phase nanostructure. A typical hysteresis loops was observed for some investigated composition. The grain size effect in electrical properties was studied and found that dielectric constant was increased with using nanostructure BZT in high energy milling and was decreased with increasing of Zr amount.
