چکیده:

In this paper, the design and manufacturing an intelligent surveillance and guard robot has been discussed.This robot can be used to protect a region like some part of the border of every country. This robot is a two degrees of freedom robot manipulator which scan only a plane with the special dimensions. All parts of this robot including mechanical structure of robot, control system, image processing algorithm and etc. have been designed and prototyped by our team.
