One of the most practical methods is using Electrocoagulation (EC) which is well known as an electrochemical technique to treat wastewaters and aqueous solution which was polluted with contaminates. In comparison with traditional methods, EC process has many advantages likesimple equipment requirement, easy operation, no chemical use requirement, rapid sedimentation, sludge stability, low sludge production, and environmental compatibility. An attempt has been made to remove Endosulfan from aqueous solution by Electrocoagulation. In this paper, removal of Endosulfan by EC with aluminum electrodes was studied. The effect of electrolysis time on EC performance investigated. The obtained results illustrated that removal efficiency of Endosulfan grew by electrolysis time. UV-vis spectra illustrated that removal efficiency increases from 44.2% after 15 minutes up to 60.7% after 35 minutes of process. So it can be concluded that electrolysis time is an important and practical parameter in EC process which can effect on removal efficiency and enhance it.
