چکیده:

Silver nano-rods of zig-zag and pentagon shape were produced using glancing angle deposition method in conjunction with the rotation of sample holder. X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), were employed to obtain the nano-structure and morphology of the films. Their antibacterial properties were investigated against a range of microorganisms including sthaphylococcus aureus and Escherichia Coli. Enhanced antibacterial property is achieved.
